Started my tech journey in infrastructure, delivering hands-on support, hardware maintenance, and network configuration for a hospital environment.

2021 – IT Technician

Promoted to IT Technician. Responsible for account management, user support, and system troubleshooting, ensuring operational efficiency across departments.

2022 – Junior Front-End Systems Analyst

Joined the development team. Took ownership of maintaining and enhancing internal systems and websites, aligning tech solutions with user needs.
